oh man.

sorry about that last post, things got a bit out of hand. so, quite a bit has happened since last posting, so here's a quick update:

-jovo has left for B.C... but she already IM'd me to let me know all is well....what a great, great person. can't wait till she comes back.

-my aunt and uncle (see last post) are still getting married. yay!!!

-went to kyle's friday night and the culmination of several days of lightheadedness came in the form of fainting. FAINTING! who does that?!? not me, until now, apparently. i didn't really tell anyone about it (least of all my parents, who would freak), cause i was kind of embarresed. i didn't even realize thati went all the way down until the nezt morning, when kyle was saying how much it scared him and that he caught me. (kind of romantic, if you ignore the lack of consciousness thing...) conclusion: i need to eat more. regardless, it was time well spent, a really good overnight stay, v. romantic and good and all that jazz.

-umm....that's about it. Oh, and i'm reading The Da Vinci Code, by Dan Brown (one of my absolute favourite authors now, thanks kate!)and it's reminding me why i went into history. awesome stuff. highly recommend it. also highly recommend chuch palahniuk, author of the book fight club (before the movie ;))...he writes some awesome, easy to read but v. intense stuff. good site too, writer's tips, etc-www.chuckpalahniuk.com.

-found an awesome site...www.bitterwaitress.com. it's a bit negative though, so you should also check out http://clamchowder.biz. an awesome book written by a guy who worked int the industry for fifteen years...i tell ya, restaurants are crazy. they suck you in, man. WATCH OUT.

i don't know what i'm talking about.

anyway, this is turning into crazed ramblings. i had two parties to go to tonight, and i didn't go to either, and i still haven't talked to charlie after not going to his show last weekend...yeah, i'm a terrible friend/person in general. i think i need to work on that. i also just realized that this post has a ridonculous number of typoes....but i don't really care enough to fix them. good luck with that.

but overall mood = good, happier than last post, somewhat creative (working on a few pieces right now, a story, some poetry...lame, of course, but whatev) and...grood.
